Ingredients:
Each Tablet Supplies: 70mg Magnesium (from 500 mg of Magnesium Aspartate), L-Aspartic Acid 430mg.

Suggested Dosage:
1-2 tablets 3 times daily.
Contraindications:
Some people experience diarrhea at doses of magnesium > 1,000 mg/day. Chronic large doses could possibly upset the mineral balance, especially calcium.
