What education does an Applied Kinesiologist have?

Applied Kinesiology is strictly practiced by health care physicians that are licensed to diagnose. Acquiring basic certification in Applied Kinesiology involves over 120 hours of extracurricular study and practice. In addition, the physician must demonstrate proficiency in muscle testing and pass an examination for certification. A diploma, or the highest level of certification, requires a minimum of 300 hours in instruction, examinations, and two original research papers.
