Fee Schedule

Our mission is to provide quality chiropractic care. We believe that proper healing comes by providing quality attention.

For each visit, we will provide a superbill. Superbills allow us to accept all patients with a variety of insurance carriers. Superbills are submitted by the patient to their insurance for direct reimbursement. Insurance companies vary on their reimbursement policies depending upon if they are an HMO, PPO, or PSO - it is necessary that the patient inquire about their coverage for chiropractic treatment. The insurance companies reimburse their customers quickly when their clients pay out-of-pocket for a service they cover. Our patients prefer this method of payment!

Initial Examination

Treatment

• Adult - $60
  
• Student - $45
  
• Child (Ages 0 - 12) - $30
  
  
• Detox Foot Bath - $25 for 30-minutes - $45 for 60-minutes
